Terms listed below must be met for all wholesale orders. Trade accounts must meet the unit minimum but not the cost minimum.

All domestic orders come with a shipping charge of 15%, charged at the time of purchase. For the Contiguous US only.
Minimum Exception: Single sample items are available - see "SAMPLES" below. Shops planning to carry or test a single product can order below the minimum $250 order total, but must order 10 units of the design to receive wholesale pricing. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Our wholesale program is structured to support both large and small volume wholesale partners. For this reason, we are set up to process shipments by both ground and freight.
A 15% shipment fee will be charged at the time of purchase. This applies to wholesale partners domestic to the Contiguous USA exclusively (Hawaii and Alaska not included) and is not extended for international shipments at this time. Wholesale orders from outside the Contiguous US will be invoiced the full rate of shipment, at time of shipment. Please note that Convivial is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders.
We offer freight shipment for bulk orders. Freight shipments are beneficial when a certain volume is hit, as it can largely reduce the cost of shipping per product ordered. We generally begin to see savings on orders of $2,000+. When we receive an order, we automatically find the most cost effective route for shipment. If your order is more economical to ship via freight, we will reach out to you directly to coordinate this. Once we've secured the most cost effective rate, we’ll proceed with shipment costs.
Shops local to Kansas City are welcome to pickup their orders from our studio, located in the Historic West Bottoms. Contact email@example.com for more details and to adjust shipping charges.
Lead times for wholesale orders vary by season and quantities of items purchased. The average fulfillment time for a wholesale order is between 1 - 2 weeks, however due to COVID our ship times are delayed for up to 6-8 weeks. Larger orders are subject to adjusted lead times where necessary. If you're needing an order rushed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of time and we can check our stock availability to provide a ship date in advance.
Samples can be found in the Quick Order Form on your account page (also available at the bottom of the website).
Samples are an exception to our order minimums. Normal wholesale pricing and shipping fee of 15% apply.
Samples are non-returnable.

Trade discount is 20% off all available items. We do not offer larger discounts as we work hard to price our items to be accessible.
Shipping and sample policies are the same as listed above. There is a 5 unit minimum per design but the order total minimum is not applied to trade partners.
If any of your items are damaged in shipment, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We only require that a photo of the damaged product be submitted but a photo of the box does help. In response, we’ll ship out your replacement item immediately and take care of the requirements of filing insurance claims on our end.
Q: DOES CONVIVIAL OFFER ZIP SECURITY?
A: We understand the unique challenge that comes with being a shop owner and wanting to ensure unique products. However we are unable to offer zip security for every shop and product at this time. We do extend zip security to long standing wholesale partners upon request. If you have questions, please reach out to email@example.com
Q: DOES CONVIVIAL HOLD ANY CONTRACTS CONCERNING HOW I PRICE AND RESELL PRODUCTS?
A: Not at this time. We set our wholesale prices and simply communicate a suggested retail price within each product listing. However, we allow our wholesale partners to price products however they see fit to best cater their customer base and financial needs.
Q: HOW DO YOU PACK YOUR ORDERS?
A: We are passionate about using 100% recyclable packaging material. Each piece is wrapped in a corrugated paper packaging and every box is filled with either a paper filler or biodegradable peanuts depending on the weight and size of the box.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE PRIVATE LABEL SERVICES?
A: Yes. We accept private label projects on a limited basis. If you have a project in mind that you would like to discuss please email Danielle at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: AM I FREE TO UTILIZE CONVIVIAL MARKETING MATERIALS IN ADVERTISING?
A: Yes, absolutely! We work really hard to create thoughtful, beautiful content to present our products. We are more than happy to share the content we create with all of our wholesale partners at no cost. Content can be pulled directly from our website or social platform (IG). If the quality does not transfer well, please reach out to email@example.com to receive the original content file.

We take considerable pride in hand-making each piece that leaves our studio. The hand-making process gives each design a beautiful quality that makes every item we send out completely original to its new owner. As part of this process every item is not an exact copy, but is an organic form that can have slight variations in form and dimension. You may find that the dimensions listed for each product may vary by a quarter inch.
